A professional nurse with experience of caring for patients in varied contexts, both emergency patients, inpatients in a hospital, and specialist clinics, having the skills of assessing symptoms, laying out a plan of nursing, and caring for patients closely throughout the process of treatment, as well as having skill in the field of giving fluids intravenously (IV Therapy) and caring for patients who need continuous watching
With the experience from the emergency department (Emergency Department) and from caring for patients who have complex states, she has a strong foundation in caring for patients who need continuous restoration, particularly the group of patients of the nervous system and the brain, who need deep understanding and care as a whole
She has the determination to join as part of PYONG Rehabilitation Group in order to take part in developing a system of restoration that is of high quality and intensive, particularly in caring for patients who have complex symptoms, such as patients of the nervous system and the brain
She sets the goal of developing skills in the field of restoring patients (Rehabilitation Nursing) continuously, so as to be able to have an important role in caring for, restoring, and raising the quality of life of patients and their families truly, together with supporting the vision of the organisation in creating a full-form rehabilitation hospital that is "the last place of treatment" for patients, by emphasising care as a whole, working as a multidisciplinary team, and developing the best standard of care
Main abilities and expertise
- Expertise in assessing, analysing, and following the symptoms of patients systematically, particularly patients who have complex states and need restoration in the long term
- Skill in caring for patients who must be watched closely, together with accuracy in giving fluids and medicine intravenously (IV Therapy) according to the standard of safety at the professional level
- Experience in emergency and critical states, able to make clinical decisions quickly and suitably, supporting the care of patients in restoration who have a high risk
- Distinction in the field of care as a whole (Holistic Care), combined with effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, aiming towards a sustainable result of restoration

- Basic Life Support (basic life saving)
- Defibrillator Management (the management of the defibrillator)
- Clinical Alarm System Management (the management of the clinical alarm system)
- Patient Centered care (care that emphasises the patient as the centre)
