Dr Em takes a particular interest in caring for pain in the group of office syndrome and sports injury. The symptoms often found in young people who work long hours are pain in the neck, the upper back, the shoulder, and the back, which result from sitting and working for long periods and from a lack of building the strength of the muscle.
